Product Owner with Pricing Strategy expertise
Location- New Jersey/Charlotte, NC/Plano, TX
Job Type : W2 Contract
lead the development and enhancement of pricing platforms, rate management solutions, and revenue optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, define product vision, manage backlogs, and drive pricing strategy execution across commercial banking, lending, payments, treasury management, or financial services products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap and backlog for pricing and profitability solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements related to pricing strategies, fee schedules, rate management, and revenue optimization.
- Partner with business stakeholders, pricing analysts, sales teams, and technology teams to deliver scalable pricing capabilities.
- Define product features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive product enhancements that improve pricing transparency, efficiency, and client profitability.
- Analyze pricing performance, revenue trends, and customer behavior to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with regulatory, risk, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to pricing policies and controls.
- Support UAT, production releases, and stakeholder communications.
