Where We Need You:
Ohio EPA wants you to serve in this role within the Division of Drinking and Ground Waters (DDAGW) at our Central Office in downtown Columbus, Ohio.
Why We Need You:
We are seeking an organized, proactive team player to support the Engineering & Infrastructure (E&I) and Underground Injection Control (UIC) programs within DDAGW. You’ll provide essential administrative coordination of work that helps safeguard Ohio’s drinking and ground water resources.
Here are the key responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to program staff.
Research and respond to public inquiries, complaints, and information requests.
Review and process E&I plan submissions; communicate issues with customers and complete plan approvals.
Generate revenue numbers, prepare and send invoices, and track payments.
Create digital approval packets and public notices for program actions.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and assist with out-of-state travel arrangements.
Perform routine administrative tasks and serve as a back-up receptionist.

OR completion of associate core coursework in secretarial science or business office applications from accredited career school or community college; AND 12 mos. exp. in secretarial/administrative professional field.
