Responsibilities:
- Assist clients who request information about available benefit programs
- Answer customer questions through phone, email, text, and video communication
- Schedule and confirm virtual appointments
- Update and maintain accurate client records
- Assist clients with basic online forms and documentation
- Follow up with clients to ensure a positive customer experience
- Provide professional support throughout the customer journey
- Maintain organized records and follow company procedures
- Participate in training and collaborate with the remote support team
