Airbnb, a leader in travel and hospitality, is on a mission to create a world where anyone can belong anywhere. The Global Markets & Policy Advanced Analytics team is looking for a Staff member to develop and lead initiatives focused on international growth strategy and product experience, partnering with various teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and measurable impact on core business metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to measure feature impact and guide product iterations; leverage causal methods when traditional randomized trials aren't available
- Design and build self-service analytics tools and dashboards that enable product and business teams to monitor performance, deploy the right growth levers, and act without waiting on centralized analytics cycles
- Partner with international product and regional GMs to translate local business questions into structured analytical frameworks with actionable insights
- Develop and maintain measurement infrastructure for local incentive programs, including campaign performance tracking, incrementality testing, and data-driven targeting methods
- Identify and size new growth opportunities across international markets using a combination of internal behavioral data, supply/demand signals, and external market data
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research teams to ensure data and tooling needs are scoped into roadmaps and delivered on time
