Project Manager (Tokenomics & DeFi - Network Relaunch)

Hyphen Connect is partnered with a protocol looking to relaunch, and they are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate the launch and token migration. This role requires a deep understanding of DeFi mechanics and token models to ensure a seamless transition and successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the V2 protocol launch and token migration process
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and communications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and strategies
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project challenges
• Continuously monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives
• Report project status, progress, and outcomes to management and key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in the DeFi or blockchain space
• Strong understanding of tokenomics and decentralized finance mechanisms
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
