Business Process & Governance Engineer

BizOptimize is seeking a Business Process & Governance Engineer to build the future of Data, Information, and AI Governance. The role involves designing processes, creating governance frameworks, and partnering with teams to drive adoption of governance initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Build and improve governance programs from the ground up
• Design business processes and governance frameworks
• Create documentation, guides, and training materials
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption
• Make a real impact across Data, Information, and AI Governance initiatives

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in Business Process, Governance, Compliance, or IT Business Analysis
• Strong experience designing processes, workflows, and governance frameworks
• Self-starter who can identify gaps and build solutions independently
• Excellent communicator who can engage both technical and executive stakeholders
• Experience in Data Governance
• Experience in AI Governance
• Experience in Information Governance
• Experience in Higher Education
