Intellihot Inc. is seeking a Business Development Project Manager who will support the National Account Manager by managing operational and project coordination for strategic accounts and new business opportunities. This role acts as a crucial link between internal departments and external partners, ensuring effective communication and project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support the National Account Manager in planning, organizing, and executing projects for key national account customers
- Work directly with contractors and Intellihot’s internal support team to organize installations, start-ups, and service visits
- Process and track part orders for national account sites, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Serve as a key point of contact for national account customers, providing updates, resolving issues, and supporting their needs from start to finish
- Manage and maintain project pipeline accuracy within the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity, timely updates, and visibility across departments
- Help refine processes, tools, and communication channels to continuously enhance how we serve our partners
- Maintain consistent communication with National Account Manager, clients and stakeholders—providing regular updates, documentation, and status reports
- Coordinate and deliver all project closeout materials to national account customers, including startup documentation, training materials, warranties, and maintenance guides
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, account coordination, or client services—preferably within manufacturing, HVAC, or building systems industries
- Experience maintaining CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ensuring accuracy of project and pipeline data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with customers, technicians, and executives
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on standardization and continuous improvement
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data reporting tools
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
