Finance and Operations Lead

Squint is the Industrial Intelligence Platform, built for the workers who build the things you touch and see every single day. They are seeking a Finance and Operations Lead to support core finance processes and manage operational tasks as the company scales.

Responsibilities:

• Support the finance function: You'll help manage our annual forecasting, monthly revenue review, and other strategic initiatives
• Keep the operational trains running: You'll own and improve recurring processes — reporting, reconciliations, documentation — that keep the business organized as it grows
• Take on cross-functional projects: From a new vendor contract to a process gap between departments, you'll be a go-to person for “someone needs to own this.”
• Build dashboards and reporting: You'll help turn raw financial and operational data into clear, decision-ready reporting for leadership
