Gurobi Optimization is on a mission to empower customers through mathematical optimization technology. As a Sales Development Representative, you will manage inbound leads, generate interest, and schedule appointments for the sales team, driving the sales pipeline and meeting quarterly targets.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely follow-up on all incoming leads to strengthen our sales pipeline
- Initiate focused outreach to potential new accounts (New Logos) in specific target areas
- Organize and manage appointments for our Sales Team, ensuring they are with qualified prospects
- Aim to meet and exceed targets for delivering qualified leads to the sales team
- Cultivate external interest and motivate potential customers to progress through our sales pipeline
- Actively engage with prospective customers, demonstrating empathy and a genuine commitment to our mission
- Support our global Sales Team and seek their guidance and best practices
- Collaborate across various departments within our global remote team to achieve common goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience
- High level of emotional intelligence with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to be creative and think outside the box
