Urbanic is a brand created for the fashion-obsessed customer. They are seeking a Content Curator to lead creator communications and manage partnerships, driving growth and executing influencer strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead creator communications for URBANIC and across the Facebook family of apps, setting strategy with partnership, marketing, and community teams across areas like creator monetization, consumer-facing PR about creators, and creator events
- Manage communications around high profile partnerships with creators, brands, and publishers
- Build affiliate marketing program by working directly with existing affiliates to maximize their earnings, and find new affiliates to reach new audiences. Create affiliate marketing campaigns, including coupon set up, tracking links, copywriting and testing
- Put systems and processes in place to connect Urbanic’s global teams and agencies to learnings and best practices from our internal efforts
- Drive growth and business goals in key regions working with growth, partnerships and community teams
- Derive brand’s quarterly influencer strategy and create weekly calendar’s
- Ensure our key messaging, narratives and FAQs scale to international teams
- Work with finance and HR teams to ensure our teams and agencies are set up with the budgets and resources they need to scale
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English or related field
- 5+ years of experience, both agency and in-house, with creator, consumer, vertical and partnership communications experience
- Experience managing campaigns and issues with partners and public figures
- Experience managing agencies and putting in place scalable processes to drive and measure results
- Experience drafting messaging materials, working with cross-functional groups and executives on press efforts
- Extensive influencer and teen Public Relations or Marketing experience with knowledge for the product Instagram
- Strong project management and decision-making skills
- Strong leader with extensive experience for helping teams succeed, and working in a fast-paced and growing cross-functional environment
- Background managing and scaling large global influencer campaigns and initiatives in areas related to areas like fashion or entertainment
- Experience working with startups and/or consumer internet companies
