WuXi XDC is seeking a US-based Marketing Manager to support their market expansion efforts. The role involves partnering with the local BD team, managing events, developing media platforms, and polishing marketing content.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key marketing partner to the US BD team
- Understand local market dynamics, customer needs, and BD requirements to support business development efforts
- Provide onsite support for third-party events (conferences, exhibitions, etc.)
- Support planning and onsite execution for self-organized events (event planning, logistics, on-site operating, lead capture)
- Identify, develop, and maintain key media platforms in EU/US markets (e.g., industry publications, digital channels, partnership opportunities)
- Build and manage relationships with media partners to increase brand visibility
- Polish and localize marketing content (brochures, presentations, case studies, website copy, etc.)
- Ensure all content is clear, professional, and aligned with brand messaging
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in marketing, preferably in pharma, or biotech industries and Biologics educational background
- Location: Based in the US with good understanding of local market and BD dynamics
- Event Experience: Hands-on experience supporting third-party events and self-organized events (planning and onsite execution)
- Media Relations: Experience developing and maintaining media platforms / partnerships in EU/US markets
- Content Skills: Strong ability to polish and localize content for US audiences
- Language: English native speaker preferred
