Senior Solutions Architect

Fastn is on a mission to revolutionize how SaaS companies connect with their customers' environments. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will serve as a technical expert and strategic partner for customers, helping them design and implement seamless integrations using Fastn’s AI-powered platform.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Architect Scalable Solutions: Work with customers to understand their business needs and design high-performance, scalable integration architectures
• Provide Technical Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on API best practices, data flow architecture, and integration strategies
• Develop Proof of Concepts: Build and demonstrate proof-of-concept (PoC) integrations, showcasing Fastn’s capabilities and assisting customers in implementation
• Optimize for Scalability and Performance: Design solutions that handle millions of transactions per second/minute with sub-millisecond latency
• Drive API and Automation Excellence: Assist customers in leveraging Fastn’s APIs, AI-powered automation, and smart connectivity features
• Ensure Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for API security, authentication (OAuth, JWT, OpenID), and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.)
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineering and product teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to product improvements
• Educate and Enable: Train customers, partners, and internal teams on best practices for using Fastn’s integration platform effectively
• Mentor and Lead: Share best practices, mentor junior solution engineers, and contribute to documentation and technical leadership
