- Account Growth
- Relationship Excellence: Own the pre-sale relationship for a portfolio of key current accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Expansion & Upselling: Identify opportunities to introduce new ApartmentIQ products to current customers, aligning our suite with their evolving business goals
- Relationship & Value Realization
- Consultative Advocacy: Act as a product expert and thought leader, helping prospective clients navigate pain points by deeply integrating our tools into their daily workflows
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success to ensure high product health and customer retention
- Operational Excellence
- Pipeline Health Monitoring: Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce regarding account sentiment, metrics, and forecasts
- Data-Driven: Consistently meet and exceed quota targets
