This role allows you to connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit options, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through the enrollment process.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations to understand client needs
- Provide clear guidance on available benefit options and assist with enrollment
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
- Deliver professional, client-focused service and build strong relationships
- Participate in ongoing training, development sessions, and team meetings
Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection
- Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with a webcam
- Experience in customer service, sales, or consulting is helpful but not required
