The Proper Group is redefining how organizations access executive leadership through Collective Leadership-as-a-Service (#CLaaS). This role involves building relationships with CEOs and board members to create opportunities for the company's executive collective.
Responsibilities:
- Create executive conversations
- Focus entirely on relationship building and opportunity creation with CEOs, founders, and board members
- Identify organizations experiencing rapid growth or operational complexity, leadership transitions or succession planning, AI adoption and digital transformation, revenue pressure or growth stagnation, M&A integration or executive team pivots
- Introduce those organizations to The Proper Group’s executive collective
Requirements:
- Experience in enterprise sales, particularly selling into the C-suite (CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CHROs, Boards)
- A strong network of executive relationships
- Background as a former executive (CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CMOs, CTOs, GMs, Division Presidents) looking to monetize their network
- Experience in professional services leadership in Management Consulting, Executive Search, Staffing, or ERP/AI Consulting
- Expertise in Investment & Capital Markets, particularly in Private Equity, Family Offices, Venture Capital, or M&A Advisory
- Ability to create executive conversations and build relationships with CEOs, founders, and board members
- Understanding of organizational challenges such as rapid growth, operational complexity, leadership transitions, AI adoption, revenue pressure, and M&A integration
