Job Description
We are seeking a Lead QA Automation Engineer with 8+ years of QA experience and strong expertise in Playwright to lead automation testing initiatives for enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience designing scalable automation frameworks, integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines, mentoring QA teams, and driving automation-first quality practices.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of QA experience with 5+ years in Automation Testing.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript).
- Strong experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
- UI, API, Regression, Integration, and Cross-Browser Automation.
- Playwright Test Runner, Fixtures, Parallel Execution, Network Mocking, and API Testing.
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI.
- Experience with Docker, BrowserStack/Sauce Labs/LambdaTest.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, Agile, Jira, and Test Management tools.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Finance/Insurance domain experience is required.
