IT Business Systems Analyst - locals only

Self-motivated professional capable of independently driving projects from concept to production with minimal supervision.
Strong Python and SQL skills required, including experience with complex queries, multi-table joins, and large-scale datasets across multiple systems.

Experience with software development best practices, source control, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, testing, and managing development and production environments preferred. Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics architectures is a plus.
Experience supporting Supply Chain, Source-to-Pay, Procurement, Demand Planning, or related business functions preferred.
Familiarity with machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and AI-assisted software development.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills required.
