Job Description:

• We are actively hiring an experienced Senior EDI Production Support Analyst to support enterprise healthcare EDI applications in a fast-paced production environment.

• AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch)
• Dynatrace
• ITIL Incident & Problem Management
• Deployment & Release Support
• 24×7 Production Support
• Production Monitoring & Incident Resolution

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and resolve production incidents within SLA.
• Support Edifecs, BizTalk, and enterprise EDI applications.
• Monitor batch jobs, file servers, and inbound/outbound EDI transactions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support deployments, production releases, and post-deployment validation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to ensure system stability.
• Participate in 24×7 on-call production support rotation.

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare payer/provider domain
• Medicaid & Medicare EDI transactions
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
