The HR Business Partner will provide strategic support to enhance organizational effectiveness and ensure the delivery of HR services that align with the company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic support and leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, deliver outcomes directly tied to the Ascension Strategic Plan, and to inform and operationalize human capital strategies in support of achieving operational results and leader accountability for the ministry/region/line of business
- Partner with senior leadership teams to strategically align existing or deliver new national initiatives and programs that cultivate a culture of high performance grounded in Ascension’s core values
- Ensure the effective delivery of HR services, solutions, and support within the assigned region/ministry/line of Business that will drive a consumer centric culture, business outcomes, and leader accountability
- Support strategic priorities of the market or local ministry/region/line of business
- Collaborate with national HR resources to articulate the local workforce strategy in support of the market strategy and use business analytics to forecast, strategize, and identify opportunities to enhance the associate experience and establish a comprehensive workforce strategy
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years experience required
- 7 years experience preferred
