Business Process Engineer

Trilyon, Inc. is seeking a Business Governance Analyst to support enterprise-wide Data, Information, and AI Governance initiatives. The role involves designing governance frameworks, improving business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive governance adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement governance processes, workflows, and documentation
• Develop governance frameworks, guides, and training materials
• Translate business, policy, and regulatory requirements into practical governance solutions
• Partner with business, IT, privacy, security, and executive stakeholders to drive adoption
• Identify governance gaps, recommend solutions, and execute with minimal supervision
• Support Data, Information, and AI Governance programs as business priorities evolve

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in business process improvement, governance, compliance, IT business analysis, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience designing business processes, workflows, or governance frameworks
• 4+ years creating documentation, guides, and training materials
• 4+ years partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to implement new initiatives
• 3+ years independently identifying gaps and developing solutions in evolving environments
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Data Governance, Information Governance, AI Governance, Compliance, or Risk Management
• Experience working in Higher Education or other complex, decentralized organizations
