Averna is a global Test & Quality Solution leader that partners with product designers and manufacturers to enhance product quality and accelerate time to market. The Technical Project Manager will lead complex technical initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate technical projects from initiation through completion
- Manage project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, customers, partners, and other stakeholders
- Facilitate onboarding, training, and adoption of technical processes and tools
- Provide guidance and support to technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout project execution
- Develop and maintain project documentation, process guides, and operational best practices
- Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
- Track project milestones, communicate status updates, and escalate issues when appropriate
- Support organizational change management activities, including communications, training, and documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to align project goals and priorities
- Contribute to business development activities by providing technical project insights and supporting customer discussions when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience managing technical projects or programs
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with data, reporting, or technical systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing, technology, or operations-focused environments
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, databases, or cloud-based technologies
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and project management best practices
- Relevant project management or quality certifications
