Sparks Wiz Limited is a company focused on bridging the gap between engineering teams and business stakeholders. The Business Analyst will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and provide insights to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify and document business and technical requirements
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed requirements
- Analyze project data, performance metrics, and industry trends to provide actionable insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Evaluate existing engineering processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Recommend and implement process changes to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Work with engineering teams to design solutions that align with business requirements and technical constraints
- Develop use cases, process flows, and functional specifications
- Assist in defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business goals
- Serve as a liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates to various audiences
- Support the testing and validation of engineering solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards
- Assist in the development of test plans and test cases
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, requirements, and solutions
- Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an engineering or technical environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with engineering principles, processes, and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Masters degree or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
