DevOps Engineer

Inceed is a staffing and direct placement firm seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join a great company. The role involves designing and managing cloud infrastructure, developing CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with the development team to ensure best practices in infrastructure are followed.

Responsibilities:

• Designs, implements, and manages scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure platforms
• Develops and maintains CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment and delivery process
• Monitors and optimizes system performance, reliability, and security
• Collaborates closely with the development team to ensure adherence to best practices in infrastructure
• Acts as the Software Code Release manager for the IT team
• Manages container orchestration platforms
• Implements and oversees logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions
• Provides expertise as a subject matter expert to assist with incident management resolution and root cause analysis
• Participates in on-call rotations to support production environments
• Tracks and evaluates emerging trends and advancements in DevOps and systems technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud engineering, or related roles
• Strong AWS and Azure experience
• Practical experience utilizing infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment processes
• Familiarity with network protocols and security standards
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum/DevOps development methodologies
• Strong background in on prem and Cloud infrastructure
• Strong Windows and Linux experience
