Solventum is a new healthcare company focused on improving lives and supporting healthcare professionals. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing strategic marketing plans for healthcare payment innovation, population health, and quality methodologies, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and financial objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Driving market awareness and adoption for Solventum proprietary and public methodologies as well as internal and external awareness for methodologies’ value proposition in Solventum software and services offerings across the division
- Owning new product introduction marketing deliverables through gate review process as needed for new methodologies
- Conducting customer insights, competitive and market research to develop a comprehensive and division wide holistic marketing plan for existing product portfolio and for new product commercialization
- Leading the strategy and execution of marketing deliverables for implementation of government and payer adopted methodology events as applicable
- Managing the execution, reporting, follow-up and adjustment of marketing plan tactics such as development of core content for assigned solutions (e.g. landing pages, case studies, fact sheets, eGuides, etc.)
- Developing the strategy and executing key marketing/promotion mix activation tactics in concert with marketing support teams such as events, webinars, and advertising for methodologies portfolio
- Working closely with business unit managers and sales teams (grouper applications, regulatory and payer solutions, clinical and economic research, and related provider teams) to support strategic growth programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from (completed and verified prior to start) an accredited institution AND ten (10) years of experience in product marketing
- At least five (5) years of experience using and/or marketing health care payment classification, population health, and/or quality methodologies
- Broad knowledge of health care, Health Information Management and/or health care IT industry
- Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration or Healthcare Management
- Deeper understanding of US health care regulatory and policy environment
- Experience in development of thought leadership and industry influencers
- Digital marketing savvy gained through experience
