The Giant Bullseye is seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to support business stakeholders in gathering requirements, documenting processes, and assisting with solution implementation. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create functional specifications and user stories
- Support testing and validate business requirements
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation
- Collaborate with business and technical teams
- Participate in meetings and maintain project documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 0–2 years of Business Analyst experience
- Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus
