Commercial Project Manager

AAA Storage LLC is an integrated real estate and development firm providing a full range of services including land acquisition and project management. They are seeking a Commercial Project Manager to develop project plans, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with quality standards across various construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans for the development of storage facilities, office/warehouse business parks, and RV parks, including determining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and manage project expenses
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure deadlines are met
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and stakeholders
• Coordinate communication between project stakeholders
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate project documentation and attend project-related meetings
• Work remotely with some travel required in TX, and occasionally to NC and FL

Requirements:

• 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry
• Ability to monitor and administer multi-million-dollar construction projects
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in computer applications
• Ability to read and interpret building/site plans and specifications
• Strong leadership skills and excellent project management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Planning and Development, Construction Management, or related field
