Role: Full Stack Developer

Location: Wilmington, DE Onsite

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on Java Microservices Development and Python, along with a solid understanding of AWS.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement robust Java MicroServices to support various applications.
• Utilize Python for backend development, ensuring efficient and scalable code.
• Integrate AWS services to enhance application performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, providing timely resolutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
• Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java MicroServices Development.
• Expertise in Python programming.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-based architectures.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
