About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Operational Manager to lead production support and middleware operations across IBM technologies. This role involves managing mission-critical systems, driving incident resolution, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support IBM Datapower, MQ, MFT, and EDI X12 integrations.
Monitor systems using Splunk and SQL for proactive issue detection.
Lead triage and resolution of SEV 1 4 production issues.
Drive incident management processes using ServiceNow and Jira.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
Implement best practices and continuous improvements in operations.
Skills & Experience:
Strong expertise in Datapower, MQ, MFT, EDI X12.
Hands-on experience with Splunk and SQL.
Proven track record in production support and incident management.
Experience handling SEV 1 4 triage.
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years in middleware operations and production support.
Experience managing enterprise-scale environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
