Sustainment (CADE IT & Website Operations)
Summary:
The Application Administrator ensures the high availability, security, and optimal performance of the CADE applications and underlying infrastructure. They act as the primary bridge between end-users and the technical environment for Tier 2/3 troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage user access, role-based permissions, and security configurations in compliance with DoD/CADE cybersecurity protocols.
- Monitor application health, system logs, and performance metrics, proactively resolving operational bottlenecks.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and configuration updates.
- Coordinate with the Help Desk to resolve escalated user tickets and system outages.
