TE Connectivity is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future. They are seeking a Product Manager III to manage all aspects of product strategy, development, and marketing within the Aerospace, Defense, & Marine business unit. The role involves analyzing product lines, managing performance goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective product management.
Responsibilities:
- Gather product specification and product attribute information for the development of marketing collateral, including e-catalog
- Champion new product development to ensure our business is meeting customer needs in a fast-paced market
- Work with the engineering team to ensure products are released on time and per customer requirements
- Maintain industry, technical, application knowledge and other skills to increase personal effectiveness
- Coordinate and implement product and applications training for customers, sales, customer service, applications engineering, etc
- Provide product information to customers and/or the sales team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- 3+ years of technical sales, product management, business development with manufacturing, or engineering relevant experience
- Strong business acumen with an ability to understand technically complex concepts
- Creative and innovative thinker able to provide input on the development of the product strategies and the relevant business plans with the ability to execute
- Proven ability to multi-task and drive results in a dynamic, high-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, planning, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Advanced presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to foster understanding and acknowledgment of critical information both up and down the organization
- Relevant product or industry experience, strongly preferred
