Freedom Pest Control has been protecting homes and businesses since 1993 and is seeking an experienced pest management professional for a consultative sales role. The role involves converting inbound inquiries into scheduled services, recommending pest management solutions, and working closely with operations to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound phone calls and web inquiries into scheduled services
- Ask discovery questions to identify customer needs
- Recommend pest management services and recurring membership programs
- Explain pricing, service options, and agreements
- Prepare proposals and follow up on opportunities
- Document customer activity using PestPac, Smarter Launch, and other company systems
- Work closely with Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Requirements:
- Pest control industry experience as a Technician, Inspector, Route Manager, Commercial Professional, or Sales Representative
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale
- Strong computer skills
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Dedicated home office or quiet workspace
- PestPac experience
- Inside or consultative sales experience
- State pesticide licenses
- ACE or other industry certifications
- Experience selling recurring pest management or membership programs
