Associate Director, Product Management

SoTalent is a company focused on transforming clinical trial operations and financial workflows through enterprise SaaS products. The Associate Director of Product Management will drive product vision and strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that add customer and business value.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for the Contracting module within the CTFS platform
• Define and execute launch strategies, including pilot programs, phased rollouts, success metrics, and go-to-market readiness
• Evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI-powered capabilities such as workflow automation, decision support, intelligent agents, and process optimization
• Balance customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery capacity when making roadmap decisions
• Drive strategic initiatives that improve product adoption, usability, and long-term customer value
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including:
• Product Discovery
• Requirements Gathering
• Backlog Management
• Sprint Planning
• Release Management
• Post-Launch Optimization
• Translate complex clinical, financial, and operational requirements into actionable product features and user stories
• Manage dependencies, risks, scope decisions, and escalation paths throughout the product lifecycle
• Review delivered functionality to ensure alignment with requirements, quality standards, and enterprise SaaS best practices
• Partner with implementation and support teams to ensure successful product launches and customer onboarding
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Services, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Success teams
• Align stakeholders around product strategy, priorities, and delivery plans
• Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, risks, and business outcomes to senior leadership
• Drive execution across multiple teams while maintaining focus on customer value and delivery excellence
• Lead customer discovery initiatives through interviews, workflow analysis, and market validation activities
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams on product positioning, messaging, launch readiness, and enablement strategies
• Serve as a product subject matter expert during:
• Customer Demonstrations
• Industry Events
• Product Launches
• Early Adopter Programs
• Analyze customer feedback, product usage metrics, and market trends to inform future roadmap decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field
• 7–10+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems Analysis, or technology solution delivery
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional product initiatives
• Experience launching and scaling enterprise SaaS products
• Strong ability to translate complex business and financial requirements into technology solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
