Sales Account Executive (Remote/East Coast)

New York Technology Partners is seeking a Sales Account Executive to drive new business growth by managing the full sales cycle. This role involves building relationships with senior executives, uncovering business needs, and achieving revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing new business
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and business challenges
• Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and key decision-makers
• Qualify opportunities and manage a healthy sales pipeline
• Meet or exceed individual revenue and sales targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth
• Maintain accurate pipeline and customer data using CRM and sales engagement tools
• Deliver compelling presentations and communicate value effectively throughout the sales process

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of sales, account executive, or business development experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Experience selling to executive-level and C-suite stakeholders
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Outreach
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
