Sales Account Executive

Hearth is an AI growth system for America's home improvement contractors, seeking to innovate with an autonomous AI employee for contractors. The Sales Account Executive will engage with inbound leads, qualify them, run demos, and close deals, focusing on converting interest into revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Take inbound and make outbound calls to engage contractors who've already reached out — no cold calling, no prospecting required
• Qualify each lead quickly and run real discovery to understand what the contractor needs
• Run live product demos and close deals, often within that first call
• Work new inbound leads daily and manage your active pipeline
• Own a monthly quota of closed deals. The number of deals depends on deals size
• Hand off closed deals cleanly to Customer Success so onboarding starts strong
• Keep your pipeline and activity accurately logged in Salesforce and Dialpad

Requirements:

• You close at a high rate. Whether you've sourced your own pipeline or worked off demos an SDR set up for you, you can point to real numbers — close rate, quota attainment
• You're coachable. You know what you're good at, but you take feedback and put it into practice
