Project Manager US

Rainbow Dynamics is a global provider of intelligent warehouse automation solutions, and they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of automation projects for enterprise customers. This role will manage projects from initial planning through installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end automation projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project execution
• Coordinate global teams across engineering, software, manufacturing, installation, and service
• Manage system installation, testing, commissioning, and operational ramp-up
• Proactively identify challenges and drive solutions to ensure project success
• Provide clear communication and reporting to customers and Rainbow Dynamics leadership

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience in warehouse automation, robotics, material handling, or related industries
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong customer-facing communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-growing international environment
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
• Experience with AS/RS, shuttle systems, Goods-to-Person solutions, WMS/WES, or warehouse robotics is highly preferred
