Clearsulting is a global consulting company focused on delivering positive change through digital finance. The Senior Consulting Analyst will play a key role in improving finance processes and supporting technology transformation initiatives for clients, requiring strong analytical skills and collaboration with project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support client engagements focused on improving finance processes and enabling technology-driven transformation
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
- Develop client deliverables, including presentations, process documentation, reports, and recommendations
- Collaborate with project team members and client stakeholders to support the design and implementation of process and technology solutions
- Assist with project management activities, including work planning, status tracking, risk identification, and issue resolution
- Stay current on industry trends and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and thought leadership efforts, including AI and its impact on finance functions
- Support assigned workstreams and deliverables, proactively identifying challenges and escalating issues as appropriate
- Consistently follow all firm policies and guidance
- Maintain and enhance the Clearsulting culture by building meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues and demonstrating the Clearsulting Core Values each day
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate finance, accounting, business analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage assigned responsibilities independently
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and/or Alteryx is a plus
- Understanding of AI toolsets and the ability to leverage AI to support client delivery and internal initiatives
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects and working effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel, as needed
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support
- CPA designation or progress toward certification
