Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use CRM and support tools
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment
- Experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure-related industries
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, help desk software, or ticketing systems
- Previous experience in a high-volume support environment
