ProSidian Consulting is a Management and Operations Consulting Services Firm focusing on providing tailored solutions for clients. They are seeking a Business Specialist III - Business Analysis to support the Energy & Environmental Management Industry, providing consulting solutions for Nuclear Industry Advisory and Assistance Services.

Responsibilities:

• Develops program management and analytical tools for tracking and reporting
• Provides financial and business advise, support and guidance to technical managers
• Evaluates, develops and implements procedures, processes, techniques, models, and / or systems required to effectively manage programs
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers, subcontractors, consultants and vendors to facilitate successful program performance and problem resolution
• Provides daily supervision and direction to administrative staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Education
• 3 Yrs. - 5 Yrs. Experience in Energy & Environmental Management Industry (Nuclear | Oil & Gas | Power & Utilities | Distribution Engineering)
• Relevant background, experience, and credentials to perform Nuclear Industry Advisory and Assistance (A&A) Services Support (Support to Fuel Cycle Campaigns)
• Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office
• Advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio
• Ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary
• Ability to foster teamwork collaboratively as a participant, and effectively as a team leader
• Ability to guide and lead colleagues on projects and initiatives
• Understanding and insight into how organizations perform, including business processes, data, systems, and people
• Ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders of all levels orally and in writing
• Persistent in pursuit of quality and optimal client and company solutions
• Ability to quickly understand and transition between different projects, concepts, initiatives, or work streams
• Exercises prudence and insight in decision-making process while mindful of other stakeholders and long-term ramifications
