Technical Business Analyst

e5 Workflow is transforming the way healthcare organisations work through intelligent workflow automation and AI. They are seeking a Technical Business Analyst who will bridge business problems with technical solutions, working closely with various teams to shape solutions from discovery to implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Translating customer requirements into scalable workflow solutions
• Configuring the e5 platform and designing AI-enabled workflows
• Supporting solution demonstrations, workshops and customer implementations
• Working closely with Product and Engineering to build reusable solutions for the US healthcare market

Requirements:

• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Solutions Consultant, Solution Architect or Implementation Consultant within B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience configuring enterprise workflow or automation platforms
• Strong requirements gathering and solution design capability
• Experience working directly with customers through discovery, demonstrations and implementation
• Exposure to AI, workflow automation or Azure AI technologies (desirable)
• Experience within US Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (Hospitals, Diagnostic Labs, Physician Groups or RCM providers) will be highly regarded
