ServiceNow SPM Pro Business Analyst

Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide. They are seeking a ServiceNow SPM Pro Business Analyst to support ServiceNow implementations and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders. The role involves gathering requirements, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with governance and policy documentation.

Responsibilities:

• 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience supporting ServiceNow implementations
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Pro
• Experience translating governance, compliance, or policy documentation into structured functional requirements
• Strong experience conducting current-state assessments and data validation exercises
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, traceability, and stakeholder sign-off
• Experience facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and Product Owners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience supporting ServiceNow implementations

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) certification or CIS-SPM (completed or in progress)
• Experience supporting multi-currency financial implementations or migrations
• Experience working within brownfield environments and reverse-engineering requirements from existing ServiceNow configurations
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, sprint planning, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
