Senior Business Analyst

BankUnited is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work with clients in understanding business requirements and ensuring project success. The role involves conducting feasibility studies, performing analysis, and supporting the business team during development and testing phases.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to understand business requirements and business flow, conduct regular meetings with senior management to ensure the success of projects
• Conduct feasibility studies, perform analysis, create Function Specification documents
• Analyze stored procedures and database tables
• Create detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data to execute Beta test and support the business team in completing UAT
• Provide help to developers and programmers during development and testing phases
• Prepare various reports for delivery units/management and suggest improvements in methodologies
