Tensor Tech is a pioneering space-tech company redefining satellite motion control. They are seeking a Business Development & Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle for ADCS products and build strategic partnerships in the North American market.
Responsibilities:
- Market Hunter: Own the full sales cycle for ADCS products across the North American market
- Technical Consultant: Collaborate with our engineers to define system requirements and technical trade-offs for the client
- Strategic Partnerships Lead: Navigate government bids with local partner companies, discover and respond to RFP/RFQ opportunities, and build relationships with space agencies (NASA, Space Force, etc.)
- Global Ambassador: Represent Tensor Tech at major conferences like SmallSat Conference and Space Symposium
Requirements:
- 3+ years in the Space Industry as a BD or Sales role with a proven track record
- Strong technical DNA: Ability to discuss spacecraft system engineering concepts with confidence
- Deep network within the US/International space ecosystem
- Familiarity with ITAR/EAR export compliance is a strong plus
