Responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering and business analysis support for the new AI-focused initiatives
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI, Generative AI, and automation initiatives
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria for AI solution development teams
- Evaluate business processes and identify areas where AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation can deliver measurable value
- Perform feasibility assessments, business impact analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI estimation for AI initiatives
- Requirement elicitation (workshops| interviews| surveys) Requirement analysis and documentation
- User story and use case creation
- Requirement prioritization and traceability
- Scope management
Requirements:
- Business Analyst experience for AI initiatives with AI knowledge
- Requirement gathering and business analysis support for the new AI-focused initiatives
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI, Generative AI, and automation initiatives
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria for AI solution development teams
- Evaluate business processes and identify areas where AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation can deliver measurable value
- Perform feasibility assessments, business impact analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI estimation for AI initiatives
- Understanding of business processes and operations
- BFSI domain expertise
- Knowledge of business strategy and objectives
