Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will gather and analyze business requirements, evaluate processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Evaluate processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units
• Documenting business processes
• Recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and outcomes
• Supporting the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet client needs

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret Customer Support business reporting
• Expertise in Business Analysis, including identifying and documenting business requirements and solutions
• Proficiency in evaluating and improving Business Processes and workflows
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service modules is highly beneficial
• Project management experience or certifications (such as PMI-PBA or CBAP) is a plus
