Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering roles across a diverse portfolio of technology clients
- Source, engage, and qualify candidates through various channels, including outbound outreach and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders at client organizations
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess technical backgrounds and cultural fit
- Proactively build and nurture talent pipelines for ongoing and anticipated client needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues recruiting across data, product, and hardware roles
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the recruiting team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in agency or executive search recruiting, specifically for technical or software engineering roles
- Strong ability to build and sustain client relationships in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Demonstrated success in closing candidates in competitive technical markets
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a consultative approach
- Solid understanding of the software engineering talent landscape, including relevant roles and skill sets
- Experience recruiting across multiple technical disciplines such as data engineering, product management, or hardware
