Product CEO / Venture Studio Director - Austin

Human Agency is a rapidly scaling company seeking a Product CEO / Venture Studio Director to lead and build ventures within their studio. The role involves building from the ground up, evaluating and scaling ventures, and integrating AI into core operations.

Responsibilities:

• Build and operate your own venture from zero to one within the Human Agency studio
• Set the framework and cadence for how ventures are evaluated, funded, and scaled across the studio
• Run weekly studio syncs — you are the point of accountability across all active ventures
• Sell. Whether it's selling the vision to partners, customers, or investors — you close
• Deploy AI and agents as core infrastructure in everything you build — not as a feature, as the foundation
