About this role
SyntheticFi is a fast-growing FinTech startup redefining the securities-backed lending world. As the Founding Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with the Co-Founders and Product Engineers to shape product direction while addressing complex user workflows and business logic.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Co-Founders of the company and have broad scope across both Product and UX design
- Work with our Product Engineers to set product direction together
- Talk to users to understand and solve for their needs
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Product Designer experience
- Demonstrable design portfolio
- Experience designing web applications
- Ability to think through complex B2B workflows
- Familiarity with Figma as a design tool
- Experience building or contributing significantly to a design system
- Based in the United States
- Experience using various financial products in the US
