Revenue Business Analyst

RapidClaims is a leader in AI-driven revenue cycle management, transforming medical coding and revenue operations with cutting-edge technology. The Revenue Business Analyst will analyze and optimize revenue cycle operations for US healthcare clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-backed decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze end-to-end revenue cycle workflows, including charge capture, coding alignment, billing, claims processing, AR follow-ups, and denial management
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and process improvements
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to implement and enhance RCM tools, automation, and AI-driven solutions
• Monitor key performance metrics such as AR days, denial rates, clean claim rates, and collections to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Perform root cause analysis on denials, underpayments, and revenue leakage, and recommend corrective actions
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders and clients
• Collaborate with clients to understand their RCM challenges and recommend data-driven strategies for optimization
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations, payer guidelines, and coding standards (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS)
• Support process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across accounts
• Act as a bridge between business, operations, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
• Strong understanding of end-to-end RCM processes and workflows
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and RCM platforms
• Experience working with US payer systems, reimbursement models, and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is preferred
• Experience working in healthcare technology or AI-driven environments is a plus
