The Revenue Business Analyst will analyze and optimize revenue cycle operations for US healthcare clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-backed decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze end-to-end revenue cycle workflows, including charge capture, coding alignment, billing, claims processing, AR follow-ups, and denial management
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and process improvements
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to implement and enhance RCM tools, automation, and AI-driven solutions
- Monitor key performance metrics such as AR days, denial rates, clean claim rates, and collections to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Perform root cause analysis on denials, underpayments, and revenue leakage, and recommend corrective actions
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders and clients
- Collaborate with clients to understand their RCM challenges and recommend data-driven strategies for optimization
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations, payer guidelines, and coding standards (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS)
- Support process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across accounts
- Act as a bridge between business, operations, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
- Strong understanding of end-to-end RCM processes and workflows
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and RCM platforms
- Experience working with US payer systems, reimbursement models, and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is preferred
- Experience working in healthcare technology or AI-driven environments is a plus
