Business Analyst

Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in Warehouse Management Systems. The role involves leading IT business analysis initiatives, analyzing complex business problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful software implementation and rollout activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead IT business analysis initiatives within the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) domain, focusing on supply chain and distribution operations
• Possess strong knowledge of WMS processes and operations, including end-to-end system integrations across CRM, Order Management, WMS, TMS, Procurement, and Financial Systems
• Analyze complex business problems, gather and interpret data, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making
• Plan, execute, and oversee software implementation and rollout activities, ensuring smooth and successful deployments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Development, Configuration, QA, and Business Operations—to drive project success
• Act as the primary liaison for business stakeholders, providing timely updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in solution design, configuration, and deployment activities to ensure alignment with business requirements
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex concepts into clear, concise language

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT business analysis within WMS and related supply chain domains
• Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows across enterprise applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data and deliver actionable recommendations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
