Recruiting Business Partner

Amazon is working to be the most customer-centric company on earth, and they are seeking a Recruiting Business Partner to help find the best talent. The role involves developing talent sourcing strategies and managing the recruitment process to meet hiring goals.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate talent sourcing channels
• Develop relationships with hiring managers
• Close searches against tight deadlines
• Responsible for talent attraction strategies
• Utilize experience setting benchmarks and metrics
• Work with a team of peers including Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators
• Focus in the areas of candidate talent search and placement
• Process improvement
• Strategy development
• Act as client lead for assigned groups
• Foster a collaborative team environment
• Ensure delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers
• Meet customer service level agreements
• Manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline
• Draw on knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business
• Forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners
• Demonstrate push back and a sense of urgency
• Understand the value of providing amazing customer service
